a surprise in the wildflowers

This year, we didn't plant a garden.  Grace planted wildflowers instead.

and look what decided to pop up alongside them...

a bonus tomato plant.  Actually a few of them.  And, dill.  Dill that nearly took over the garden.

Too bad I decided not to make pickles this year!  I did consider cutting a bouquet of dill to put in my white pitcher.  Remember this one?  Wouldn't that be pretty and country~ish?
