It works!
Maybe you saw this idea on pinterest.
I did... I pinned it... And then I actually tried it out!
I love this idea because it is so easy and fool proof, and the eggs are a nutritious protein.
I've never been very good at hard boiling eggs. Some always crack, and I never know if I
am boiling them the right way. (hard boil, simmer etc.) This takes the guess work away, and
works like a charm.
All you do is place the eggs in a muffin tray and bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes
Take them out and put in a bowl of cool ice water for a minute until they cool down a bit.
Then dry them with a kitchen towel, and put them back in the same muffin tin to store in
the fridge!
Unless you want to eat them right away.
They were all perfect, perfectly tasty, and perfectly easy to peel! Chef salad anyone?

Seriously? Can't wait to try this one!
ReplyDeleteI did this the other day and I only baked them for 25 minutes. They were easy to peal but the yolks were not done. I will be trying it again and baking them for 30 minutes.
