Before we were born, we lived as spirit children with our loving Father in Heaven.  He provided a plan whereby we might progress to eventually become more like Him.  For this purpose, He sent us to earth to learn and grow through decisions we make by choosing between right and wrong.  His Son Jesus Christ gave us a perfect example to follow and provided a way for us to repent, be forgiven of our sins, and return to live with our Father in Heaven.











































Just as death is not the end of our existence, neither is it the end of our families.  Earthly families are essential to God’s plan for us.  In them we learn to live the teachings of Jesus Christ, which help us become more like our Father in Heaven.  The principles of the gospel strengthen our families on earth.  They also prepare us to return to the presence of God and live with Him forever as families.
